Founding of D+H France
Increased market presence, closer to customers – D+H Group takes over long-standing sales partner based in Nancy
On 03.10.2022 D+H Mechatronic AG founded its French subsidiary D+H France SAS. It will be the tenth sales and service branch of the German family-owned company based in Ammersbek near Hamburg. As one of the world’s leading suppliers of smoke extraction and ventilation solutions, D+H provides proof that its own system solutions are also highly relevant on the French market.
D+H products have been available in France for many years. An efficient network of sales partners has already established solutions for smoke extraction and ventilation on the important French market.
The D+H Group will now take over the activities and personnel of its long-standing sales partner ALU Technologie Services SARL (ATS) based in Nancy. The new subsidiary is called D+H France SAS. It will immediately be able to benefit from the expertise of the former company ATS in the areas of smoke extraction and ventilation on the French market. The new unit will be headed by French-born Laurent Lenoble. He is currently Managing Director of D+H BeLux SARL, based in Pontpierre.
The proximity of the two D+H subsidiaries will make it possible to develop a strong presence on the French market while also creating synergies between the two companies. Together, the two companies will allow D+H customers to benefit from a comprehensive service. Starting with planning support, through project realisation all the way to comprehensive aftersales services.
With the branch in France, one of the most important European markets, D+H will maintain its position and image as a leading company. Boosting the company’s market presence throughout the country, together with the associated increase in turnover in France, are fixed targets for the new subsidiary.
The founding of D+H France will allow the company to position itself closer to the market, respond better to the needs of its customers and develop new strategic partnerships. D+H also intends using the opportunity to actively participate in the design of practical standards and regulations.
