Comprises of 3 units; damper, removable sleeve and grille
Longevity cycle tested for 100,000 cycles
24 V DC or 230 V AC power open/motor closed actuator
Actuator is on lobby side, hidden from view behind painted cover plate
Built-in microswitches for position indication
Can also be used for environmental control
