The Henninger Tower is scheduled to be ready for occupancy by Spring 2017. It is one of the tallest and most state-of-the-art residential towers in Germany. Its visionary concept will redefine luxury urban living. It received the International Iconic Award in 2015 thanks to its visionary design. The highlight of the building is the "keg" at the top, which houses four apartments and a restaurant with a spectacular 360° view.
The fact that the D+H ventilation solution has a minimal impact on visuals helped the Henninger Tower achieve its stylish look. A sophisticated ventilation system collects weather data, observes municipal requirements and also provides renters with the option of manual ventilation, all at the push of a button. D+H has created a customisable and cost-effective system solution for urban residential high-rise architecture.
