The data collected and used by D+H products is largely anonymous and only accessible to the directly authorised user or D+H for service purposes.
Only you, as the customer, can decide whether other parties are allowed to see your data.
This product has a memory that stores relevant events relating to the system in chronological order for service purposes.
The data can be read and displayed using the D+H Service & Configuration Suite (SCS) software and is therefore accessible to the direct user or D+H for service purposes. The data can also be exported as a csv-file, making it available in a machine-readable open format.
This product is equipped with a wired communication bus based on Modbus. This allows you to operate and read out certain operating parameters.
The protocol is disclosed by D+H and can be used freely. This enables the direct user to record and perform evaluation on all data.
With the help of an ACN-GW501-MRTU Modbus gateway, data generated in the system can be recorded and evaluated by the direct user via Modbus. The protocol for this is disclosed. The authorised user can determine which data is transmitted.
The gateway is used to exchange data on system faults and alarms via the Internet. To do this, the user can activate automatic information.
The data collected by the SCS is described in the EULA and is known to the customer before using the programme.
When configuring the CPS-M, the username, computer name and product ID are stored in the CPS-M event buffer for legal and technical traceability purposes.
Authorised customers can view this data as described in the CPS-M chapter.
