Controllers for SHEV smoke extraction and ventilation
In this age of smart buildings and smart homes, digital intelligent solutions that make living and working more convenient and can be integrated into building automation are more important than ever. Depending on the indoor climate as well as the wind and other weather conditions, the D+H control panels control the indoor air or, in emergency situations, signal to the window drives to open quickly to let smoke and heat escape. The SHEV control panels thus enable smoke extraction from the stairwell or lift.
In case of fire, the CPS-M smoke vent control panel opens your windows
SHEV systems such as the newly developed CPS-M ensure safe and reliable smoke exhaust. The new smoke vent control panel from D+H has a fully modular structure. This means that extra modules can be added to an active control panel, or existing modules can be replaced, at any time. The control panel does not have to be disconnected from the power supply to do so. This ensures that the current distribution without wiring continues to function. Thanks to the Advanced Communication Network (AdComNet) bus system tested by German product safety organisation VdS, communication can be established between additional ACN-compatible control panels. An additional module makes it possible for the controllers to exchange information with other systems via an open Modbus interface.
Controller for mechanical smoke and heat exhaust systems (MSE)
The CPS-M controller also guarantees fully automated and coordinated operation of MSE systems. In case of fire, the system activates automatically as soon as smoke is detected. The intake and exhaust air paths are opened, smoke is extracted and fresh air subsequently flows into the building.
