We see quality management as an opportunity to continuously improve. For our customers and our company. Therefore, we work constantly to attain our quality objectives. This includes identifying potential improvements at an early stage, maintaining conformity with standards and recording any further actions that may be required in reports for implementation. Our quality management system is certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001.
Recognising change at an early stage and taking preventive action – with regular audits, D+H creates increased transparency and efficiency within the company, thereby ensuring effective implementation and control of all processes.
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
We believe that quality means meeting and exceeding our customers’ expectations. Accordingly, a well-functioning quality management system is indispensable. We know how important quality is and have aligned our quality controls and processes with the high standards and stringent requirements of our customers. This begins as early as quality planning of the individual processes and procedures. Here, procedural instructions and work instructions as well as process descriptions are set forth in writing. Special quality assurance measures relevant to manufacturing and installation are stored in product-specific documentation.
We monitor not only in-house processes, but external ones as well. For example, we monitor the quality of our suppliers on a regular basis. For this purpose, we have developed proprietary testing and inspection methods that enable comprehensive quality management. The objective of D+H process management is to create streamlined, efficient structures and improve them continuously.
