Although we are an industrial manufacturing company, our location on Georg-Sasse-Strasse features more than just Production, Development, Technology and Quality Management. Our in-house research and development expertise covers the whole process—from the first sketch to the market-ready product. Whether mechanical or electronic systems, embedded software or front-end development, our developers have the most diverse skills of the specialists at D+H.

Even after 18 years of working as an electronics developer for D+H, the coolest and most wonderful part of my job is still the moment when I've just finished fitting a sample PCB and I give it a test run and can say, ‘It works!’ It makes me proud to see one of my ideas and the initial circuit diagram turn into a product. I feel like it's my product, too, in a sense.

Knowing the value of safety while working

Whether they are hard at work high up on the rooftops or even on the motorway with a service case on their way to the next assignment, our service technicians and installers understand their trades and know the meaning of safety in serving our customers. From installation and repairs to performing maintenance work on SHEV systems – the service assignments that our employees undertake are wide-ranging and in demand. That is why we are looking forward to adding even more technical experts to our team!

As an installer, you work in a lot of locations where most people never go. For instance, when I'm on the rooftops working on a system in the HafenCity area of Hamburg, the panoramic view is breathtaking. The exciting application areas and the variety of tasks that allow me to really use my skills are what make this job special.
